About

Built for businesses that have better things to do than manage a website.

I’m Ryan McSweeney, founder of Superlify. We build, host and manage websites for small businesses from Auckland, New Zealand, and we stay involved after launch.

The story

Why Superlify exists

I spent years watching small businesses pay for websites that were slow, hard to change, and quietly abandoned the moment the invoice cleared. The site would launch, the agency would move on, and a year later the owner was googling how to renew a domain or why the contact form had stopped working.

Superlify exists to close that gap. Design, build, hosting and ongoing changes come from the same place, so the people who understand your site are the people who look after it. You get one contact, one invoice and no handovers.

The sites we build are fast because they ship almost no JavaScript, stable because there is nothing to update, and calm because they say what they need to say and stop. This site is built the same way, so you can judge the work by the thing you’re reading.

How it works

How a project runs

There’s no process document. This is the whole process.

  1. 01

    You get in touch

Email or the form. You get a reply within two working days, usually sooner.

  2. 02

We talk for half an hour

What the site needs to do, who it’s for, what’s wrong with the current one.

  3. 03

    You get a written quote

Scope, price, and timeline on one page. Fixed unless the scope changes.

  4. 04

We build it, you see it early

A live preview link from week one. Feedback goes straight into the build, not into a queue.

  5. 05

We launch, then we look after it

Hosting and the Care Plan mean the site keeps working and keeps improving.
